this reference design is a solution board for a three-phase brass-less sensor-equipped motor pre-driver developed to control automotive air conditioner blower motors and battery cooling fan motors. in addition to the pre-driver, the nchmos(5.0 x 6.0mm) of the output stage and peripheral components for external input setting are integrated on a single board, and the motor can be controlled simply by connecting the power supply (12v typ.) by using noise suppression and s/r adjustment, this product has passed the cispr 25 class 5 emc standard.
